Company Profile
Southern Cross Gold Consolidated Ltd (TSX: SXGC ASX: SX2) is a fully funded and permitted gold and antimony exploration company in the Victorian Goldfields of Australia.
Our flagship project, the 100%-owned Sunday Creek epizonal-style gold/antimony project, is located 60 km north of Melbourne within 19,365 ha of granted exploration tenements. SXGC is also the freehold landholder of 1,392 ha that form the key portion in and around the main drill area and the land immediately adjacent to the south.
To September 2, 2026, a total of 283 drill holes for 136,941 m have been reported at the main Sunday Creek area along the 1,550 m strike between Christina and Apollo East and is open beyond 1,245 m depth. We are drilling regionally at the Leviathan, Tonstal and Consols prospects up to 8 km to the northeast of the main drill area that make up a 11,000 m mineralized corridor.
The project now contains a total of 98 composite intersections exceeding 100 g/t Au and 111 composite intersections exceeding 10% Sb from 129 km of drilling.
Construction commenced in early July 2026 of a 115m deep and 680m long exploration decline that was permitted by the Victorian Government in late 2025 to allow for the deployment of an additional 12 underground drill rigs to the current 11 on surface to accelerate the drill out to a maiden resource. Development of the tunnel is about 25% complete so far and is progressing to full completion by year end 2026.
