U.S. GoldMining Inc. (NASDAQ: USGO) is advancing the 100%-owned Whistler Gold-Copper Project, located 105 miles northwest of Anchorage, Alaska. Situated on a 53,700-acre regional land package comprising State mining claims, the district-scale asset hosts 5.41 million gold equivalent (AuEq) ounces in the Indicated category and 4.97 million AuEq ounces Inferred across three distinct deposits. The 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), which incorporates only the Indicated resources from the primary Whistler deposit, outlined an after-tax NPV (5%) of $2.0 billion and a 33% IRR with a rapid 2.1-year payback.

The company is currently executing an active exploration program to test regional targets and further expand the project's resource footprint.
